Grow Your Own Cut Flowers Workshop - Saturday 1st April
An introduction to growing your own cut flowers, covering everything from planning your plot to sowing, growing, cutting and arranging your own beautiful blooms. Join Zara Gordon Lennox for an inspiring morning in our beautiful 8 acre walled garden as she takes you through the process of creating your own cut flower garden and teaches you all the skills you need to get started. There will be a tour of the walled garden followed by a hands-on session in the glasshouse where you’ll prick out seedlings and sow seeds to take away and plant in your own garden.
Maximum of 12 people per course, using the education room and vinery lean-to with tea/coffee and tray bakes served at 10.30.
Held on Saturday 1st April from 9am-1pm. the workshop is £60 per person, including refreshments and course handbook. The workshop will be held at Gordon Castle Walled Garden, Fochabers, IV32 7PQ.
