Gordon Castle Gin School

A session of Foraging and Distillation!

Come along to the picturesque Gordon Castle Walled Garden and join Michelle Myron for a session of foraging and distilling. This exciting new gin school offers a full distillation course where you will be equipped with a traditional copper pot mini still, learn the art of distilling and make your very own small batch gin! 

During your session you will enjoy the full gin making experience but first of all you must source the botanicals for your exclusive creation! Michelle will guide you through the award winning Walled Garden to gather your desired botanicals. You will be assisted in blending the various botanicals together to create your unique recipe before distilling in your own pot still.

Our Gin School experience is suitable to anyone interested in gin distilling, whether you are a gin connoisseur, a forager or just want to learn something new! We are happy to host individuals, couples, or small groups. 2024 dates will be released shortly.

• Foraging session/walk around the gardens
• Soup & Sandwich lunch at the Gordon Castle Café
• A gin liqueur and gin cocktail
• Distilling experience with tuition from Michelle
• Recipe development
• Distilling your own small batch gin on a copper mini still
• Bottling & labelling
• Bottle of your own gin to take home

TERMS & CONDITIONS: This is a gift voucher to be redeemed for 1 gin school session for 2 people in our Walled Garden. Dates for 2024 to be released in January - refundable should the dates not fit. Replacement vouchers will not be given if lost or stolen. Voucher must be used by the end of 2024.
