Once you have placed an order it will be dispatched the same day (if ordered before 3.30pm) or the next day depending on the time the order was placed. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for both delivery and collection cost.
If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.
All quoted delivery prices are for most UK Mainland addresses.
UK delivery is £4.95 and is second class delivery (3-5 working days). All engraved orders are sent Tracked 48 (1-2 working days). You will be issued with a tracking number to allow you to track your item. We cannot re-arrange delivery on your behalf due to data protection laws. You must allow 10 days (from despatch date) before any claim can be made for missing items.
We will only deliver goods to the address specified on the order.
International shipping to Europe is £25.00, International shipping to US and Canada is £40.00 and International shipping for rest of world is £55.00. Please note we are unable to ship alcohol out with the EU at present.

We accept orders for delivery to most global destinations, however, if no delivery details are shown at the checkout, please contact Sales (+441343 612315) who can quote and arrange delivery to your country. Please note that deliveries outside of the UK may take up to 14 days.
Important: We do not accept any liability for costs incurred if ordered goods are subject to local import restrictions or are refused entry to the destination country. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any goods ordered are permitted to be imported into the destination country.

Please note we cannot deliver spirits, cider or ales outside Europe.
If more than 1 litre of alcohol is ordered (e.g 2+ bottles of gin/cases of cider/ale) then postage will be via DHL, being collected the day after your order. We will give you tracking information but cannot re-arrange delivery due to data protection laws.
All information provided on the products on this website is intended as a guide only. Dimensions and weights are only approximate, as are colours. If you are ordering goods that are out of stock we will dispatch them when they are received from our supplier.
On occasion, goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. As such, delivery cannot be guaranteed and any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.
Any unwanted items must be returned at the customer’s expense in original packaging and condition. Please note that engraved gin bottles are non-refundable unless there is a mistake with your engraved message. If you are unhappy with the goods received we will refund them if they are returned, at the customer’s expense, in new re-saleable condition within 7 working days along with the original receipt.
We suggest, for your own protection, you use 1st class registered post.
Any refunds will be issued upon receipt of the goods provided they are in their original condition. This refund only includes the total of goods sent and not the delivery charge.
We will not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be governed by the laws of Scotland and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts. We are required by law to inform you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.
