Last Order Dates to get in time for Christmas:
Personalised orders - Monday 16th December by 9am
Non-personalised orders - Wednesday 18th December by 9am
Final date - Monday 23rd of December (£20 delivery surcharge - Royal Mail Special Guaranteed Delivery) Hampers and personalised items not included.
The Walled Garden Office Christmas Opening Times:

Closed: Christmas Day & Boxing Day
The Walled Garden Office will be returning on Monday 6th of January 2025, order placed before 6th January will be processed on return. Please note: Hampers and large parcels will be dispatched the next working day - 7th January 2025.
GENERAL DELIVERY
Once you have placed an order it will be dispatched the same day (if ordered before 12pm) or the next day depending on the time the order was placed, we also take into account the size and contents of the order. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for both delivery and collection cost. This does not apply to engraved gin bottles which take 10 days to be engraved and then will be shipped.
If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.
All quoted delivery prices are for most UK Mainland addresses.
UK delivery is £1.95 for letters (vouchers), £4.95 for small/light parcels and £5.95 for larger/heavier parcels (Gin, Cider etc). Hampers & cases of cider are £7.95 and is second class delivery (3-5 working days). We do offer a 24HR service for £9.95, this is aimed to arrive the next working day. All engraved and personalised orders are subject to a 7-10 working day lead time. As soon as engraved orders are completed they will be sent out on the selected delivery service. If the order has a delivery charge of £7.95, you will be issued with a ParcelForce tracking number to allow you to track your item. Tracking is only available on our heavier parcels, unless otherwise organised with us by contacting sales@gordoncastlescotland.com. We cannot re-arrange delivery on your behalf due to data protection laws. You must allow 14 days (from despatch date) before any claim can be made for missing items.
We will only deliver goods to the address supplied under the 'Shipping Address' section of your order.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We are currently only able to send NON-alcoholic products outside of the UK, this is due to the international customs process. This is currently only available inside the United States of America and Canada.
If you are interested in purchasing from our website, but don't live in the above confirmed areas (United States of America / Canada). Please feel free to contact us on sales@gordoncastlescotland.com and this can be arranged.
AVAILABILITY
If more than 1 litre of alcohol is ordered (e.g 2+ bottles of gin/cases of cider/ale) then postage will be via ParcelForce, being collected the next working day after your order has been placed. We will give you tracking information but we cannot re-arrange delivery due to data protection laws.
All information provided on the products on this website is intended as a guide only. Dimensions and weights are only approximate, as are colours. If you are ordering goods that are out of stock we will dispatch them when they are received from our supplier.
On occasion, goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. As such, delivery cannot be guaranteed and any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.
RETURNS
Any unwanted items must be returned at the customer’s expense in original packaging and condition. Please note that engraved gin bottles are non-refundable unless there is a mistake with your engraved message. If you are unhappy with the goods received we will refund them if they are returned, at the customer’s expense, in new re-saleable condition within 7 working days along with the original receipt.
We suggest, for your own protection, you use 1st class registered post.
Any refunds will be issued upon receipt of the goods provided they are in their original condition. This refund only includes the total of goods sent and not the delivery charge. We will not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
LAW
These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be governed by the laws of Scotland and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts. We are required by law to inform you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.
