CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES 2020
The delivery companies we work with, such as Royal Mail and DHL, are doing all they can to meet delivery dates but with social distancing measures and more online orders than ever before, they are understandably struggling. Our standard first class deliveries are currently taking between 5 - 7 working days to arrive. We have added additional postage tariffs if you want to guarantee your order will be with you in time for Christmas. Our last postage date is Monday 21st December.
We ask for your understanding and patience at this unprecedented time - and know that by doing so you are supporting a small Scottish business. And don't forget to thank your postie or delivery driver - they are doing an amazing job and working as hard as they can.
Once you have placed an order it will be dispatched the same day (if ordered before 12pm) or the next day depending on the time the order was placed. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for both delivery and collection cost.
If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.
All quoted delivery prices are for most UK Mainland addresses.
