This very special cider is made with apples and pears from our eight acre Walled Garden. We have over 400 fan, espalier and walk over apple trees with 35 Scottish varieties. This uniquely Scottish bubbly boasts honey-crisp flavour and yellow undertones. Served chilled as an aperitif or on special occasions.
The time honoured artisan method of keeving is rounded by fermentation in the bottle - Méthode Champenoise.
