Our one of a kind bespoke Burr Elm Chopping Board and Cheese Knife Set has been handcrafted by David in our artisan studio using reclaimed wood from our Scottish estate.

David Robertson, from the Isle of Skye, joined us back in 2013 as part of the Leonard Cheshire Disability; a charity supporting disabled to fulfil their potential and live the lives they choose. Following a successful trial period, David – who is severely deaf – is now an integral part of the team, a very talented wood turner and a right character!
