DELIVERY

Due to COVID-19 delivery may take up to 3-7 working days, sorry for any inconvenience. 

UK delivery is £4.95 and is second class delivery (3-5 working days). All engraved orders are sent Tracked 48 (1-2 working days). International shipping to Europe is £25.00, International shipping to US and Canada is £40.00 and International shipping for rest of world is £55.00. We are currently unable to send alcohol outwith Europe. 

RETURNS

Any unwanted items must be returned at the customer’s expense in original packaging and condition. Please note that engraved gin bottles are non-refundable unless there is a mistake with your engraved message. If you wish us to provide a quote for this please send us an e-mail, otherwise return the goods to:

If you are unhappy with the goods received we will refund them if they are returned, at the customer’s expense, in new re-saleable condition within 7 working days along with the original receipt.

We suggest, for your own protection, you use 1st class registered post.
Any refunds will be issued upon receipt of the goods provided they are in their original condition. This refund only includes the total of goods sent and not the delivery charge.
We will not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

LAW

These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be governed by the laws of Scotland and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts. We are required by law to inform you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.
